How to Complete e-KYC Using a Mobile?
- Download the ‘Mera KYC’ and ‘AadhaarFaceRD’ apps.
- Open the app, choose Delhi as your state, and confirm your location.
- Enter your Aadhaar number, fill in the OTP and captcha code, and proceed.
- Your details will appear on the screen; you will see a ‘Face e-KYC’ button below.
- Press the button to turn on the camera. Position your face within the circular frame and blink your eyes.
- Once the frame turns green, your e-KYC is complete.

If you face difficulties using the mobile app, don’t worry. You can visit your nearest ration shop to complete your e-KYC verification.
- Verification will be done using fingerprint authentication via the POS machine.
- Carry your Aadhaar card and ration card with you.

- Open the ‘Mera KYC’ mobile app.
- Select your state and verify your location.
- Enter your Aadhaar number, OTP, and captcha code.
